Terms and conditions

This site is a showcase. No sale is concluded here and no payment is collected. These terms govern the use of the site and the booking requests sent from it.

1. Purpose

The site presents JOA Beach SXM, operated by AZZUR GROUP, its spaces, its menus and its programming. It allows you to send a booking or quotation request.

2. Booking requests

The “Book” buttons open a WhatsApp conversation with the venue. A request sent is not a booking: it becomes firm only once the venue has explicitly confirmed it and stated the conditions applying to the service requested.

3. Event ticketing

Event tickets are sold by the Shotgun platform, which is the buyer's sole counterparty. Purchase, payment, exchange and refund are governed by Shotgun's own terms.

4. Private hire

Private hire, groups and private events are covered by a named quotation. The commercial terms — deposit, instalments, cancellation — are those set out in that quotation, which prevails over anything stated on this site.

5. Prices and menus

Prices shown online are indicative, in euros and US dollars. Only the menu in force at the venue is binding, as are the prices displayed there on the day.

6. Hours, access and programming

Hours, access and programming may change without notice, in particular because of weather, a private hire or an operational requirement.

7. Site availability

AZZUR GROUP endeavours to keep the site accessible but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, in particular during maintenance or in the event of a third-party service failure.

8. Complaints and mediation

Any complaint may be sent to joabeachsxm.reservation@gmail.com. Failing an amicable settlement, consumers may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator, or to the European online dispute resolution platform.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Basse-Terre commercial registry.
