Do I need to book?

It isn't compulsory, but it is recommended for beds and large tables, especially at weekends. A request sent on WhatsApp becomes firm as soon as the team confirms it.

How do I book a bed or a table?

Through the “Book” buttons on the site: they open a WhatsApp conversation with the team. Give the date, the time slot, the number of guests, your name and an email address.

What are the opening hours?

Tuesday to Thursday: 9am – 6pm. Friday: 9am – 10pm. Saturday: 9am – 6pm for the restaurant, 8pm – 2am for the club. Sunday: 9am – 6pm. Closed on Mondays.

Where is JOA and how do I get there?

Rue de la Baie Orientale, Orient Bay, 97150 Saint-Martin, on the French side of the island. Access is through the Orient Bay residence or the chemin du Galion. Allow about 25 minutes from SXM airport.

What currency are the prices in?

Menus are shown in euros and US dollars.

Is the site available in English?

Yes, through the FR / EN switch at the top of the page.

Can JOA be hired privately?

Yes, at three scales: a block of beds for a group, a long table from 15 covers, or the full beach club. Each request is quoted individually — use “Request a quote”.

How do I buy a ticket for an event?

Ticketing goes through Shotgun. Each poster in the programme links to the event page.
